Fast food.
So I haven’t eaten fast food for about 3 weeks until yesterday. I have also been biking all those 3 weeks (exercise). I ate Wendy’s yesterday and my body took it like poison and threw it all up. Does my body not like fast food anymore? Idk but I’m not eating that shit for awhile now.
